After working on a Mister Softee Truck during the pandemic before college, I told my father that Ice Cream was my dream. We took my college fund and purchased our first Mister Softee truck. I love what we do!
After years as a paralegal, my husband and my son convinced me that Ice Cream was a much happier profession. They were right. I hold down the fort for them by booking parties, events, weddings, graduation parties, corporate events and answering the phones when they are on the truck.
